Lesson 4: Advanced Teams Functionality and Management

This lesson will take us through some of the more advanced features in Teams, looking at things like how you can protect the data that your users are working with, as well as how you can control some of the lifecycle aspects around teams themselves (such as archiving or deleting them). We will also cover how you can use apps to integrate other services with your Teams deployment.

Lesson 5: Adding Telephony

In this lesson, we get to play with one of the cooler things that Teams can do: dealing with phone calls over the public switched telephone network (PSTN).

Lesson 6: Review Usage and Maintain Quality

Over the last few lessons, we have looked at getting everything prepped, working out how to configure and apply policies, and understanding security and compliance requirements that may apply to your organization. Now in this, our last lesson together, we are going to look at how you can track and measure usage of Teams. It's all very well if you have spent all this time and effort trying to get things working, but it won't matter at all if no one then uses it or if they have issues using it.
